Prices are in U.S. dollars and already include taxes, transportation to your site and a 20% discount. Installation is 12.5% of the delivered price. Prices can change with customs duties and import fees. All capsules can be customized.

FAQ
Common questions
Is a modular home the same as a mobile home?
No. A modular home is built to the same local building codes as a site-built house and sits on a permanent foundation. A mobile (manufactured) home is built to a different federal code and often sits on a chassis.
Can I change the floor plan?
Yes. Our models are a starting point. We can move walls, add a garage or porch, and change finishes, as long as the design fits within the module sizes that can be shipped.
Do I need to own land already?
It helps, but it's not required. We can review a lot before you buy it to check access for the delivery trucks and crane, utilities and zoning.
What does the price include?
The delivered price includes taxes, transportation to your site and a 20% discount. Installation is quoted separately at 12.5% of the delivered price.
How do payments work?
Our suggested terms are a 70% down payment when you order and the remaining 30% before shipment. We confirm final terms in your quote.
Can I finance a modular home?
Modular homes are typically financed like site-built homes, often with a construction-to-permanent loan. We can point you to lenders who work with modular builds.
